5 Dairy-Free Options

Inspired Living

dairyfree

If you have to drastically reduce dairy for health reasons or are going vegan, then you’ll need to know what dairy-free options you can try.

Most dairy products are filled with fat and cholesterol and may be causing you some ailments caused by a dairy sensitivity. A brief break of dairy will often help to relieve many health conditions. If you eat dairy, eat organic. Organic dairy costs more, but it’s worth it to bypass modern day processing that is used to maximize milk production.

Eating green vegetables, whole grains, and sea vegetables can provide more than enough calcium for you.
