Sriracha Bloody Mary
Sriracha Bloody Mary
More than 10 million bottles of Sriracha Sauce are sold each year. The addictive red chili sauce is an easy way to spice up stir-fries, meats, ramen noodles, soups and let’s face it… just about anything (I’ve been known to even put it on my eggs).
If you’re a Sriracha affectionado, you’ll love this Bloody Mary recipe. Sriracha takes the place of the more traditional Tabasco sauce in this recipe and as a result, adds a brighter flavor to the drink. Delicious. But don’t take our word for it. Give it a try (this makes for a great Mother’s Day drink).
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon horseradish
3 cups V8 Juice
1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cups vodka
Combine all ingredients and mix. Recipe makes about 4 servings. I recommend you keep the above mix in a pitcher and pour single servings of it in to a cocktail shaker, adding ice and shaking to chill each serving.
Garnish with the vegetables of your choice. Get creative beyond celery (although it’s such a Bloody Mary classic for a reason — delicious). Try pickled asparagus, green beans, baby carrots, olives, cherry tomatoes, or lemon wedges.

Oh and by the way, these are awesome.
