Grilled PB&J

Description

Cold sandwiches simply will not do when winter winds are blowing. But, this, well I’m pretty sure it will warm the heart and soul of all who partake.

Ingredients

2 slices of bread
2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of grape jelly
1 tablespoon of butter, softened

Preparation

Assemble peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Butter the outside of the sandwich. "Grill" the sandwich in a skillet on each side for 2 minutes on medium-high until it has browned.

  2. Maybe 2011 will be the year I eat a PB&J! A grilled one at that. My friend says he puts regular potato chips in it. Not sure about that. :)
