Belgian Endive with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

This is an easy winter appetizer that is perfect for the winter holidays and especially New Years Eve.

Ingredients

3 Large heads Belgian endive (36 leafs)
2 Tablespoons of Whipping Cream
8 ounce(s)cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) crumbled Roquefort
Walnuts

Preparation

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, and 2 tablespoons of whipping cream.

2. Slice the bottom 1/2 inch from the root end of each endive head and separate the leaves.

2. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture into the cup of each leaf.

3. Top each leaf off with a walnut.
