Description
I am not a fan of broccoli but I love broccolini. It’s a cross between broccoli and kai-lan, Chinese broccoli. It’s flavor is sweet, with notes of both broccoli and asparagus. It has really become one of my favorite vegetables.
I prepare it as a side dish with meat and pasta. I feel like it is another option besides using asparagus. If we have any left over I will use it the next day in a sandwich with prosciutto.
