Roasted Acorn Squash

Description

This recipe is a little to good to be true because you really don’t need to do anything and it turns out amazing. I love serving roasted acorn squash with a filet. It is perfect for Fall.

Ingredients

2 Acorn Squash
4 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
4 Teaspoons of Butter

Preparation

1. Cut the acorn squash into halves so that you have 4 halves
2. Put 1 teaspoon of butter in the center of each acorn (see image 2)
3. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in the center of each acorn (see image 2)
4. Line a baking pan with foil
5. Put the 4 acorn halves on the pan to go inside the oven
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
