Italian Wedding Cake Tea

Description

This is a wonderful and refreshing tea that has the flavor of an Italian Wedding Cake. If you are a tea drinker you are going to love this tea. This is also a great tea to serve at bridal or baby showers.

Ingredients

4 to 5 regular tea bags
1 Teaspoon of almond extract
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
A pitcher for the tea and ice

Preparation

Make 1 pitcher of regular tea
Pour the hot water (3 cups) over the tea bags
Let it steep for about 10 minutes
Take the tea bags out and squeeze to get all the water out
Pour the tea in a pitcher and add 2 to 3 cups of cold water
Add almond extract and pineapple juice
Taste and add more almond extract or pineapple to your liking (if needed).
