Apricots In Cream With Pistachios

This is a quick and easy dessert that is great for Summer.

Ingredients

16 Whole Apricots (4 apricots per person)
4 Teaspoons of Honey (1 teaspoon per 4 apricots)

Flavored Cream:
1 Cup of Half and Half
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract

Topping:
3/4 cup of Pistachios

Preparation

Prepare the Apricots:
Quarter the 16 Apricots and assemble them into 4 small serving bowls. Next mix a teaspoon of Honey into each bowl making sure the Apricots are coated

Flavored Cream:
In a mixing bowl mix together the half and half, sugar, and vanilla extract to make a flavored cream

Assemble:
Spoon the cream over the Apricots in each bowl
Next top off each bowl with pistachios
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving

  1. This recipe is lovely to look at. I can just taste the flavored cream over the Apricots. This recipe would be easy for a large group or a small dinner party. It seems it doesn’t take a lot time to make and it is very colorful.
